Zamp Von Der Urbecke is an integral part of
our breeding program here at West Coast German Shepherds. Imported by us from
one of Germany's top kennels, Urbecke, Zamp is a top quality, proven male from
some of the most sought after bloodlines in
Germany. Sired by Vice World Sieger VA2 Quenn Von Löher Weg, SchH 3, IPO 3, FH1 and out
of V Bia Von Der Urbecke, SchH 3 (Littermate to VA1 Bazi Von Der Urbecke). Zamp
von der Urbecke is the most accomplished son of VA2 Quenn vom Loher Weg in the
United States today, and he is one of the only show line studs breeding in the
US to have multiple working titles with top scores in all three phases. Winner
of the Youth Universal Sieger title for all of Germany, Zamp not only proved his
working ability, but also his great temperament in competing with his youth
handler Laura Paschedag. Accomplished both in the show ring and on the
training field (5 times SchH 3, IPO3), Zamp has everything we are looking for in a stud dog
here at West Coast German Shepherds. Many thanks to Friedrich Stenner for the opportunity to
own this amazing dog.
Zamp is producing beautiful puppies with excellent temperaments,
very good structure, exceptional rich red color and excellent drives. Owners of his
puppies have been extremely pleased with both their temperaments and good looks,
and many tell us how they get stopped on the street when walking their Zamp
puppies. Needless to say we are proud and very happy to have an outstanding sire
of Zamp's caliber as part of our program here at West Coast German Shepherds.
His first puppies began to hit the show ring in mid 2011 and they have been
doing quite well ever since. His daughter Malibu is one of the highest
Nationally ranked young dogs on the West Coast, placing 7th of 34 dogs in the
12-18 month females class at the 2011 North American Sieger Show. Malibu
recently returned from training in Germany having earned her IPO 2 title and
breed survey. She earned the V8 rating at the North American Sieger Show in
October 2012, doing excellent protection work and she was the youngest female
shown in the class.
